Presentation Title: “Executive Leadership – Improving & Achieving Quality of Work and Life for You and Your Employees”

Dr. Red Carritte will present some thought provoking concepts about how to achieve quality of life in your personal and professional life, and to help your staff (or family members!) do the same.  Quality of life is about attitude, activities, choices, and freedom.  We will explore how you can do things that will help you experience a higher quality of life immediately.  Most of us live our lives hoping that we will stumble upon the things or people that will make us happier or enhance our living experience. But Life is Now: we aren’t getting any younger, and it is important to enhance our quality of life NOW, instead of years from now.   This presentation will suggest 10 ways that you can influence your own life’s quality without having to wait around for a miracle!

Presentation Speaker: Dr. Red Carritte

Dr. Red Carritte is an Industrial Psychologist who works with individuals, corporate executives and management teams to help them recognize their strengths, enhance their reputations, and expand their leadership skills.  Prior to her consulting practice, she was the top Human Resources executive at Baskin Robbins, MetroMedia Technologies, and Sweetheart Cup Company.  She earned her degrees while working full time and raising a family.  She raised twin daughters, wrote 4 books, won 2 art awards, has at least 6 grandchildren, is mom to a maltipoo doggy,  and enjoys playing the autoharp and painting.

Come join us for an educational and thought provoking presentation on “Executive Leadership – Improving & Achieving Quality of Work and Life for You and Your Employees” at the Temecula Library by Dr. Red Carritte on October 20th, 2016 at 6:00pm

This lively training presentation teaches how to use all six – yes, six! – senses when conducting external conformity assessments or internal QMS audits, in order to maximize the gathering of objective evidence, and to ensure the highest level of confidence in the final audit results.
This eye-opening and invaluable discussion will give even seasoned auditors a new perspective, and will help improve the audit experience not only for clients, but also dramatically reduce problems with Certification Body internal review committees and Accreditation Bodies.
As a clinic participant, you will:
The “angle of perception” used by auditors, and how to expand it using the “missing senses” to soak up evidence like a sponge.
Learn how auditees hide nonconformities in plain view, based on predicted auditor behavior.
Never again have your audit findings challenged because of weak evidence.
