Outline:

Jerry’s presentation will be on ‘Effective Design Reviews’.  The formal Design Review is not just a discrete event that satisfies a schedule milestone.  It is a structured process that ensures design completeness.  An effective Design Review provides a systematic assessment of design results providing confirmation that a design is ready to move on to the next stage of development and implementation.  Jerry will be sharing several techniques for mistake proofing designs.  In addition to describing a process for accomplishing effective Design Reviews, several examples of in-effective Design Reviews will also be presented.
