A Primer on Internal Auditing

Abstract: As business management systems become more complex and are structured to comply with a mix of quality, environmental, health and safety, and customer-specific requirements, their implementation becomes more challenging.

This presentation will take into consideration several aspects of auditing: developing the audit schedule, creating checklists, and implementing a robust corrective and preventive action program.
